While exploring
event management research topics, I found that measuring attendee satisfaction in large-scale events is both important and challenging. With diverse audiences, different expectations, and complex event setups, understanding what truly satisfies attendees requires careful planning. From my experience, students often struggle with choosing the right methods, such as surveys, feedback forms, and post-event analysis. Interpreting data and linking it to event outcomes can also be difficult. Studying this topic helped me understand how attendee satisfaction directly affects event success, reputation, and future attendance. It also highlighted the importance of using clear metrics and feedback tools to improve event planning and management.
