Reglas del Foro
Los socios que deseen participar u organizar cualquier tipo de partida o actividad en el local de la asociación, deberán confirmar su asistencia previa a través del Calendario del foro. Debiendo seguir las siguientes pautas:
- Abrir un nuevo tema en caso de no existir uno previamente, con el formato dd/mm/aa, indicando la hora aproximada de
llegada, especialmente cuando el socio en cuestión sea el primero en abrir las instalaciones.
- Comunicar si es posible, el horario en el que se va a permanecer en el club y si la partida a organizar es abierta o
cerrada, es decir si se admiten o no más jugadores y cuantos.
- Comunicar si es necesario, las instalaciones (salas o mesas) que se desean ocupar.
En caso que dos o más socios acudan juntos para participar en una misma actividad, bastará con que uno de ellos confirme la asistencia del grupo a través del foro.
Del mismo modo, se deberá avisar de la anulación de partidas o de la asistencia al local que hayan sido confirmadas previamente en el Calendario, especialmente cuando se ha indicado un horario de apertura de las instalaciones.
Cualquier tema abierto en el Calendario con una antelación de más de cinco (5) días y que tenga como objeto el uso preferente de las instalaciones del local, será borrado automáticamente por los administradores del foro.
